About the game

RAYBREAKER is a neon twin-stick shooter with the loot heart of an action RPG, made for PC, Mac and Steam Deck. A run lasts 5 to 8 minutes: burn down a glowing fuse, read the swarm, break its bosses and bring home gear that rewrites your build.

Combat is made to be read, even when the swarm comes from every side. Every kill shatters into shards that carry the force of the shot, and bosses burst into a loot explosion, every rarity with its own beam and sound.

Six bands of a shattered spectrum lead to the finale. Play solo or co-op for two, side by side fully offline or online via Steam. RAYBREAKER is developed and published by Droidtech in Hasborn, Germany.

  • Combat you read

    Every enemy has a shape, a role and a tell. A dash makes you untouchable for a heartbeat, and a shock front charged by your own kills wipes out the enemy fire around you.

  • Loot is the star

    Six rarities, 50 legendaries and seven prismatic items that each break a rule of the game. Nothing you pick up is lost, even if you fall.

  • Every run a new build

    Four ships, ten weapon types and 60 run cards with dozens of synergies. A constellation of 100 stars shapes how you play.

  • Co-op for two

    Side by side on one screen or online via Steam. Each pilot plays their own profile and keeps their own loot.

  • Beyond the campaign

    Higher intensities, an endless mode and daily and weekly flights that are the same for everyone, with Steam leaderboards solo and for two.

  • Built for PC, Mac and Steam Deck

    Up to 4K, ultrawide 21:9 and 7.1 surround on PC, native on Macs with Apple silicon, 90 fps on Steam Deck OLED. Solo and local co-op play fully offline.
